The shipping on this item was very good, but the quality is terrible. Needs recharging almost everyday whereas the OEM battery could last for days. The use of the phone has not changed so that cannot be a factor.
I recently purchased this Nokia battery from Amazon. It was a dead battery so a local cell phone company replaced it with a battery that works. While this is the first Nokia battery purchased at Amazon, it's the second identical Nokia that's gone kaput within the first year of using. I cannot recommend this product.
I needed to contact the vendor, since the first one simply did not charge up. The vendor was accomodating, and sent one that works just fine. I am satisfied.
This item is obviously USED and just repackaged in a plain plastic bag. The received battery also only hold charge for half the time of my OEM battery. This battery arrived scratched and scruffed up with black markings clearly evident of previous uses. MY OEM battery was made in Japan but the received battery is labeled as Made in China. Cost of return shipping for an exchange is not worthwhile. Buying another replacement for this replacement from another vendor.
This battery is the original equipment manufactured for specific Nokia cellphones. It charged up and works perfectly, as expected. The similar battery it replaced lasted for over 3 years. The price paid was less than half what the cellphone service quoted, including shipping.
